  4.      Was it worth it?  Probably not!  What I will tell you is to read the

  7.      A little plug here for a couple of thingy-me-bobs I have just
  8.      released. The first is Punter, and as you may guess it's about
  9.      horse racing/betting. I am quite proud of some of the horse form
  10.      formulas. This is Punter's first public showing (V1.0) and needs a
  11.      LOT of work.. I am using Andrew Campbell's strategy of releasing
  12.      an early version to see if anybody likes it, if not it will be
  13.      scrapped. If I continue adding the stacks of features I have planned
  14.      for it then Punter will eventually end up as Licenceware, probably.
  15.      Incidentally, I am having trouble doing a decent graphical race. The 
  16.      horse bobs and animations are passable, but I need some help with
  17.      graphics and coding to make the race of a good enough standard to
  18.      justify it being Licenceware, Anyone? Punter should be on an Assasins
  19.      disk soon. It's in 17 Bits catalogue now.

  27.      My other release also needs work on it but it is a useful little 
  28.      address label printer and database called ADDRESSBASE. I wrote it
  29.      specifically for keeping F1 programmers/customers data until I realized
  30.      I would be breaking the data protection act (up to £3000 fine) which
  31.      costs £100 to registar, I think I will stick to good old exercise
  32.      books. Plenty of non-business users should find it useful though, it's
  33.      pretty stable. I have never lost any data using it.

  36.      Punter and Addressbase are available from F1 PD at 99p per disk + 25p
  37.      postage or £2 the pair postage free.

  39.      Do you think you have what it takes to be an Amoszine editor?
  40.      We need reliable fast moving members for Amoszine. You invent the
  41.      job you want to do and tell us about it and you'll probably get the job!
  42.      Don't forget Amoszine is going to be THE Amos mag to read and everyone
  43.      is going to want in, so as an early supporter of Amoszine now is your
  44.      chance.

  51.      Some bad news. Remember my Amoszine Project? well I have had to scrap
  52.      that idea for a number of reasons, but mainly because I couldn't get
  53.      enough people together to make it work. On top of that my work load
  54.      is leaving me precious little time, I've forgotten what my kids look
  55.      like! So lets just say the project on hold for now.
